The matter was circulated seeking dispensation with the requisition issued by the department on 13.01.2025, which reads thus:- "4. Administration Bond for the gross amount to be furnished vide form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (O.S.) Rules, 1980, within three weeks alongwith the name of Surety and address and proofs thereof."

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioners points out that all the legal heirs of the deceased have consented to the grant of Letters of Administration with Will annexed in favour of the Petitioners. She, therefore, submits that there is no need to furnish
