TP/86/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Sharon Fernandez i/b. Khan Mohd Ali, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Farzana Munir Shaikh being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Mehrunissa Abbobaker Chhapra died intestate at Mumbai on 22.12.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Aijaz predeceased the deceased, who died leaving behind his widow, two daughters and two sons. Deceased was survived by daughter, one daughter-in-law, two minor grandsons and two granddaughters. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Mother namely Rehana being natural guardian has given consent on behalf of the said minor grandsons namely Aimaan and Armaan. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 27.11.2025 is filed. Administration Bond dated 23.09.2024 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
