1. Heard Ld. advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time to carry out an amendment, which has been granted by the undersigned officer, vide an order dated 24.02.2025. Considering the submission, the time to carry out an amendment, vide a referred order, stands extended by 04 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted that in order dated 24.02.2025 instead of mother undersigned officer has granted time to amend the master. Hence, word 'Master' is substituted by Mother in order dated 24.02.2025. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 24.02.2025 will remain as it is.

2. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner seeks extension of the time for issuance of citation, vide an earlier order passed in the petition. Considering the submission, the time to issue citation, vide a referred order, stands extended by 02 weeks, from the date of proposed amendment, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order.
