Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that daughter of deceased namely Lata Naraindas Gulati is of unsound mind. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that the guardian is not appointed by the Court. Hence, Advocate for petitioner has to take steps for compliance of Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.
