Ms. Bagkar informs that natural guardian of daughter of the deceased namely Lata Naraindas Gulati who is her mother has filed her consent affidavit.

I have perused the Consent Affidavit, copy of the which is placed before me dated 03.12.2024. It is evident that the natural guardian has given the consent. I have also been informed that Consent has been filed in the Department.

In that view of the matter, the requisition raised in item No.1 of order dated 01.04.2025 stands dispensed with.
