This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rashmi Kiritkumar Mehta being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Kiritkumar Talakshibhai Mehta said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 30.12.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one daughter and two sons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein, and remaining legal heirs namely daughter and two sons have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
