P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mukesh Candiram Punwani being Nephew of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Mohini Tejumal Punwani and Deceased No. 2 Maya Tejumal Punwani, both died intestate at Mumbai on 30.07.2017 and 31.01.2021 respectively. Copies of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of both deceased viz. copies of Aadhar Card are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased are unmarried sisters. The petitioner is nephew of the both deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both deceased had two more sister viz. Rani Parmanand Motwani and she is survived by two sons. Another sister viz. Pushpa Chandiram Kunwani expired and is survived by one son, one daughterin-law of deceased son and two grand-daughters. Therefore, deceased is survived by two sisters, three nephews and two grand-daughters. Out of them one Nephew is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.03.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
