TP/147/2025 WITH WILL/54/2025 Ms. Siddhi Dama i/by ANB Legal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioners namely (1) Mehernaaz Freedy Elavia and (2) Simeen Cyrus Oshidan, being the Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely late Mrs. Roshan Porus Poonegar, died at Mumbai on 27.05.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Copy of AADHAR Card is annexed for the identification purpose.

2. The deceased left behind her last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 22.07.2017. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 4 of the Will refers to the appointment of two Executors who are Petitioners herein.

3. As per para 7 of the Petition the parents and husband of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased is survive by two daughters who are Petitioners herein.

4. The affidavit of attesting witness Mr. Dinbanu Darayush Irani and Silloo Pervez Dordi are filed and both are dated 02.12.2024. The affidavit of general citation is filed and it is dated 23.01.2025.
