Hence, time to carry out an amendment is extended by further two weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending. Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner to upload the amended copy of the petition within three days after obtaining the necessary endorsement.

2. Petitioner to mention the marital status of the Sushila. Furthermore, petitioner to mention the legal heirs of the said Sushila who are also class-I legal heirs of the deceased.
