1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that in order dated 03.07.2025 name of the testator is wrongly mentioned as Panneshwarlal instead of Parmeshwarlal and same may be corrected.

2. Perused petition and order dated 03.07.2025, name of the Testator is corrected and read "Parmeshwarlal" instead of Panneshwarlal.

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 03.07.2025 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
