Perused an Affidavit of attesting witness namely Prashant Rajaram Shelar, affirmed on 01.11.2025. In paragraph No. 5 of the said affidavit it is mentioned that "That at the time the deceased so subscribed her name and Thumb impression viz ..."

However, the deceased was not able to write and therefore the attesting witnesses to explain and point out which name is written by the deceased. 3.
