This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Christine Pereira being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Susan Rodrigues said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 13.09.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Voter ID is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein, and both the sons have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. Delay is explained in para No. 10 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
