This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Sabera Ayoob Mohamedy, Sajid Ahmed Ayoob Mohamedy and Shakirahmed Ayoob Mohamedy and being widow and two sons of deceased respectively. Deceased namely Ayoob Haji Hasim Mohamedy died intestate at Mumbai on 21.02.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card and Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and two sons who all are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 04.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.02.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
