2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vimal Maheshpal Nanda being mother of deceased. Deceased namely Chetan Maheshpal Nanda died intestate at Mumbai on 21.06.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.
3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Deceased was survived by mother, father and one brother. Out of them mother is petitioner herein and the father and brother have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.
4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 21.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
5. Office to issue Succession Certificate as soon as the corrected petition is uploaded on the official portal of the Bombay High Court and after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
