TP/187/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Gautami Kamble i/b. Mannesh M Gawali, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Navneet Girish Gawde, Bharati Anilkumar Pillai, Smita Madhusudhan Parab and Anita Arun Kambli being son and daughters of deceased. Deceased namely Girish Ziloo Gawde died intestate at Thane on 10.01.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one son and three daughters. Out of them son and all three daughters are petitioners herein and widow has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 14.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
