TP/199/2025 (E-filing) Mr. P. N. Mishra, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Pooja Shripal Vagmare being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Shripal Basavant Vagmare died intestate at Mumbai on 17.01.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, one minor son and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Petitioner being mother and natural guardian has given consent on behalf of minor son. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 08.03.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
