TP/201/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sameer Logade, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. After the order for grant is issued, office has found cross petition being TP No. 2960 of 2022 filed for Letters of Administration to the properties and credits of the same deceased namely Manilal Maganlal Dhruv. The said petition was filed by Anil Manilal Dhruv being son of deceased and grant was issued in favour of Anil Manilal Dhruv. The property mentioned in Schedule I of the said petition is only one immovable property. There are no other properties mentioned in the Schedule I annexed to the said petition being TP No. 2960 of 2022.

2. The present petition is filed by the son of Anil Dhruv i.e. Sambhav Anil Dhruv for the securities belonging to Manilal Maganlal Dhurv. In the present petition, the son of deceased namely Anil Maganlal Dhruv is shown as expired and his legal heirs are mentioned in the petition.

3. Since, the deceased is same in both the petitions and the properties mentioned in the Schedule I of the Succession Certificate is not covered by the Schedule I of the petition for Letters of Administration being TP No. 2960 of 2022.

4. In view of the above, office is directed not to treat the cross petition. Hence, office to proceed with the grant as per order dated 11.08.2025. 01.12.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
