TP/217/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Manish Bohra, Advocate for petitioners P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anjali Bhasker Sheth, who is widow of deceased. Deceased namely Bhasker Navnitlal Sheth, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 14.03.2023 Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son Out of them widow is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.03.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
