1. Read praecipe dated 03.02.2025, Ld.

Advocate for the Petitioner invited the attention towards the Rule 25 of Arms Rules, 2016 by which it is provided that License can be transferred in the name of heir of the license holder. In Rule No. 25 (2) and 25(3) of the said Rules, procedure is prescribed to transfer the license.

2. Hence, upon going through the said provisions, submission of Ld. advocate for the petitioner is acceptable and the license can be shown in the schedule-I of the Petition, however, it is made clear that the petitioner to follow the all requisitions in this regard as per the Laws.

3. The petitioner to carry out an amendment within 02 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. As this property is already was in the schedule-I, reverification is dispensed with. Consequential amendments are also allowed. Amended petition to be uploaded within 05 days from the date of its amendment.
