This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sujatha Vinod Uchil being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Vinod Chandrashekhar Uchil died intestate at Dubai on 03.03.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by his widow and and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.02.2026 and Administration Bond dated 15.03.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
