TP/275/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Vilas B. Kadu, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mangala Babaji Tardekar being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Bayakka Babaji Tardekar said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 26.10.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of husband of deceased and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had three sons and four daughters. One son of deceased namely Chandrakant Babaji Tardekar predeceased the deceased, who died leaving behind his widow and one son. Deceased was survived by two sons, four daughters and one grandson. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. Delay is explained in para No. 11 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
