This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Firdosh Shiavax Anklesaria being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shiavax Khurshedji Anklesaria said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 21.01.2000. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Paternal and maternal grand parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased predeceased the deceased who died on 03.12.1981. Deceased was survived by one son and two daughters. Out of them son is petitioner herein and both the daughters have given their consents. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice and Administration Bond are filed. Delay is explained in para No. 10 of the petition. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
