TP/286/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sameer Logade, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jahanara Aslam Shaikh being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Mohd. Aslam Mohd. Siddik Shaikh died intestate at Mumbai on 23.10.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow, two sons and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 14.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
