1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 27.03.2026 and submitted that in para no. 7 of the order dated 12.03.2026 name of the Act applicable to the deceased is incorrectly mentioned as Hindu Succession Act, 1956 and same may be corrected.

2. Perused petition and order dated 12.03.2026 name of the act in para no. 07 of the order dated 12.03.2026 is corrected and read as "Muslim Personal Law (Shariat) Application Act, 1937".

3. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 12.03.2026 will remain as it is.

4. Removed from the board.
