TP/293/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Yogesh C. Parikh, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Hiren Babulal Mehta being son of deceased. Deceased namely Babulal Chunilal Mehta died intestate at Mumbai on 06.11.2018. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Ashwin died on 01.08.2024 leaving behind his widow and two sons. Deceased was survived by one son, one daughter, one daughter-in-law and two grandsons. Out of them son is petitioner herein and all other four legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 15.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
