1. Perused the Petition. It is seen that the Petition for Succession Certificate is filed against the property of the deceased Robert Vincent Barretto the petition is filed by Maureen D'Costa being married sister of the deceased.

2. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to the deceased filed by petitioner being married sister of the deceased. The deceased expired on 01.10.2019. The Id Proof copy of Aadhaar Card are annexed to the petition.

3. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased was divorced Exh. B is a copy of decree of divorce of the Hon'ble Family Court, Bandra. However, it is incomplete. Advocate to take appropriate steps in the matter as and when it is ready he may get it place on board.

4. Remove from board.
