This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Giridharilal Damodarlal Seksaria being husband of deceased. Deceased namely Indumati Girdharilal Seksaria died intestate at Mumbai on 05.04.2009. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and parents of husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by husband, two sons and two daughters. Out of them husband is petitioner herein and the two sons and two daughters have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 13.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
