This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sharada Subramaniam w/o. Darshan Viswanath being daughter of deceased.

Deceased namely Tattamangalam Vishwanathaiyer Kamakshi died intestate at Los Angeles, USA on 07.02.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and three daughters. Out of them one daughter petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice 13.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.02.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
