Heard Mr. Abhyankar, learned Advocate appearing through video conferencing for Petitioner.

Mr. Abhyankar informs the Court that subject to the twin conditions stated in the requisition and condition Nos.1 and 2 in the operative part of the order order dated 15.07.2025 passed by the Officer on Special Duty with Testamentary Department, the Petition needs to be allowed.

However in view of pendency of cross Petition (L) No.18288 of 2025 seeking Succession Certificate in respect of the same cause of action. The said Petition will have to be listed on Board and heard and dispensed with / disposed of after hearing Petitioner therein in view of the order dated 15.07.2025.

Copy of this order shall be served on the concerned Petitioner by Advocate Mr. Abhyankar. Cross Petition (L) No.18288 of 2025 is filed by Mr. Abhyankar only. It is allowed to be withdrawn. Cross Petition (L) No.18288 of 2025 is disposed. 5.

Requisition at Sr. No.2 regarding filing of account on Affidavit on oath has been complied with last month as informed by Mr. Abhyankar.

In view of the above, requisition in the order dated 15.07.2025 stands complied with.

Department is directed to proceed further for issuance of Grant as per the order dated 15.07.2025.
