By this praecipe dated 03.11.2025, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner informed that the petitioner had filed separate petition for issuance of Succession in respect of Debt and Securities mentioned in TP(L)18288/2025. However, the department has raised objection as to "Cross-Petition". Hence, the petitioner has withdrawn the said cross petition and thus, it is required to amend the schedule-I of the existing petition, so as to, include all properties of the deceased. Hence, petitioner is allowed to amend the schedule-I of the petition, so as to, include the properties as per Section 278 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. Hence, submission is accepted.

Petitioner to carry out an amendment within period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the re-verification, if any, stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.
4. Petitioner to file the administration bond in respect of increased amount as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 and comply issuance of Notice to Collector as per Rule 396 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980 after carrying out the amendment.
