TP/352/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Anuj Vinod More, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Upon perusal of the petition, it is noticed that Affidavit of Attesting Witness to the Will is not filed.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that one Attesting Witnesses to the Will namely Sudha Bhatt expired and whereabouts of another Attesting Witness namely Lili Khatun not known to the petitioner. Hence, he has filed Affidavit of Sandra Edmond Fernandes to prove the execution of Will of deceased as per the provisions of Rule 384 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules, 1980.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to file death certificate of Sudha Bhatt, Attesting Witness to the Will on the official portal of the Bombay High Court and get it approved from the Registry. Advocate to take steps. Hence, remove from board.
