Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe to dispense with the requisition to furnish the administration bond. He has relied upon the order of the Hon'ble Court passed in Testamentary Petition No. 43/2020 (in case of Govind Uttamchand Chandiramani and Lachamibai Aidas Chandiramani) 2.

In present petition, except the petitioner, Sapana and Meghna are also legatees under the Will and therefore, case is not such which was before the Hon'ble Court, which is referred herein above. stated in para no. 4 of the order referred herein above.

Furthermore, interest of other legatees is involved which is to be secured by way of executing the Administration Bond and therefore, prayer for dispensation of administration bond cannot be granted. Accordingly, praecipe is disposed of. 4.
