1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by two petitioners namely Neelam Prakash Jayakar and Anjana Prashant Rane, who both are daughters of the both deceased. Deceased no.

1. namely Shubhangi Keshav Rane and Deceased no. 2. Keshav Shamrao Rane, who both died intestate at Mumbai on 30.01.2012 and 31.05.2000 respectively. Copies of death certificate are annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A" & "B". Copies of the Identification proof of deceased no. 1 namely Pancard and for deceased no. 2 identification proof namely Passport are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that both the deceased were husband and wife. Deceased was survived by two daughters, who both are petitioners herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.02.2025 and Administration Bond not required as petitioners are only surviving legal heir. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
