TP/365/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Siddharth Desai i/b Vikram Singh Kalectar Singh, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Anuji Rajesh Advani being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Rajesh Ram Advani said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 12.12.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no daughter and was survived widow and one son. Out of them widow petitioner herein and son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.02.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
