1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner moved a praecipe dated 05.05.2025 and thereby submitted that in order dated 22.04.2025 name of the deceased is wrongly mentioned as MEHBOON instead of MEHBOOB. Hence, wherever the name MEHBOON is written is corrected and read as "MEHBOOB".

2. It is made clear that rest of the order dated 22.04.2025 will remain as it is.

3. Removed from the board.
