This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Neeta Rajlaxman Swamy being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Rajlaxman Durai Swamy died intestate at Mumbai on 16.03.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 05.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.03.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
