Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the suggested amendment, stated in the said praecipe, dated 18.08.2025. Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. Upon filing an additional affidavit by the petitioner, confirming the proposed amendment, the reverification, if any, stands dispensed with. However, Ld. advocate for the petitioner to initial the amendment.

In the order dated 31.07.2025, the marital status of the deceased typed as Widow, however, the petitioner now seeks permission to amend the marital status of the deceased as "Married" with consequential amendment, as suggested in the praecipe. Hence, it would be proper to amend the order. Accordingly, in the order dated 31.07.2025, marital status of the decease to be read as "married" accordingly, correction is carried out in the order, corrected order to be uploaded in the CIS.
