1. While preparing the draft, it appears that in the order dated 28.03.2025, marital status of the deceased is incorrectly mentioned. Furthermore, in the said order, relation of the petitioner with the deceased is not mentioned. Hence, same is required to be corrected.

Hence, in paragraph No. 3 of the Order, marital status is corrected as Bachelor instead of Married. Furthermore, in paragraph No. 6 relation of the petitioner with the deceased is mentioned as "brother".
