TP/471/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Himanshu Mahajan, Advocate for Petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nitin Popat Ghaitadke, Sachin Popat Ghaitadke and Rahul Popat Ghaitadke all three being sons of deceased. Deceased namely Asha Popat Ghaitadke died intestate at Mumbai on 27.03.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased died on 01.01.2009. Deceased was survived by three sons who all are petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 18.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
