TP/509/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Sudhir Yadav i/b. Nitin Ghawre, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Deepak Jitendra Kapadia being son of deceased. Deceased namely Jitendra Jayantilal Kapadia said to be died intestate at New Jersey, USA on 11.07.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased died on 03.11.2015. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 27.02.2025 and as petitioner is sole surviving Administration Bond not required to file. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
