TP/512/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Seema Tripathi i/b. Satam Lalita Asitt, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain joint securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Tushar Durganand Phene being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Durganand Govind Phene died intestate at Hongkong on 29.08.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Tara Durganand Phene died intestate at Mumbai on 25.01.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were husband and wife. Parents of deceased Nos. 1 and 2 predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased were survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them one son petitioner herein and both the daughters and remaining son have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
