TP/519/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Nilima Jariwala i/b. Mayur Jariwala, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vinayak Bhalchandra Deo being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kamal Bhalchandra Deo died intestate at Vapi, Gujarat on 10.02.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as widow. Husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three sons and one daughter. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and the other two sons and daughter have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.04.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
