TP/534/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Manasi C. Pandit, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Aparna Girish Dhodapkar being daughter-in-law of deceased. Deceased namely Vasant Vishwanath Dhodapkar died intestate at Mumbai on 18.06.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. One son of deceased namely Girish Vasant Dhodapkar died on 24.05.2021 leaving behind his widow and one daughter. Deceased was survived by one daughter-in-law and one granddaughter. Out of them daughter-in-law is petitioner herein and granddaughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 28.02.2025 are filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
