This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajkumar Krishan Chand Ahuja being brother of deceased. Deceased namely Vijaykumar Krishanchand Ahuja died intestate at Mumbai on 06.06.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife was divorced by an order dated 16.03.2015 passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by one brother and two sisters. Out of them brother is petitioner herein and both husband and both the sisters have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice is not filed. Administration Bond dated 07.03.2025 is filed.

4. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when the matter is ready for final grant.
