This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Francesca Maria Rodrigues W/o. David Rodrigues, who is Sister of deceased. Deceased namely Augustine Thomas Carvalho S/o. Pascoal Carvalho, said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 25.02.2023 Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A-1".

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as bachelor. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one Sister, who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 26.02.2025. Petitioner is sole surviving legal heir hence Administration Bond not required. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

4. Office to issue Succession Certificate as prayed after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
