TP/564/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Nikhil Waghmare i/b. Pirani and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ranjana Shrinivas Kulkarni being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Sunanda Shrinivas Kulkarni died intestate at Karnataka on 03.10.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that daughter of deceased namely Veena predeceased the deceased who died as spinster. Deceased was survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.03.2025 is filed. As sole surviving legal heir of the deceased is petitioner before this Court and the right or interest of no other legal heir is required to be protected. Hence, Administration Bond is dispensed with. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
