1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that he has uploaded the administration bond. However, same is not showing on the portal. Hence, he produced the original administration bond and upon perusal of the same, it appears that name of the Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master is incorrect and dates are also incorrect. Hence, petitioner to correct the same and re-upload the administration bond again. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.
