TP/580/2025 (E-filing) Pravin Kadam, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid court fees of Rs.10,000/- as the petitioner is widow and as per the Government Notification dated 09.08.2024. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Shambhavi K Manjunath Rai being widow of deceased. Deceased namely K Manjunath Rai died intestate at Bengaluru, Karnataka on 09.01.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.05.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
