Perused Petition. It is stated that the petitioner has obtained the earlier grant in TP No. 1209 of 2024 by making a statement that this property is belonging to the mother of the petitioner. Hence, if this petition is taken up for the hearing, then there will be two grants in respect of the same property. Hence, the petitioner has to take steps in respect of the earlier grant, either surrendering it before the Hon'ble Court or by seeking modification therein, if other properties are existed, which are belonging to the said deceased.
