TP/612/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Mohit Yadav i/b. Bijlani Rajesh Ramchand, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mohammed Sameeruddin s/o. Ethesham Uddin being son of deceased. Deceased namely Mohammed Ehteshamuddin s/o. Mohammed Gahffooruddin said to be died intestate at Sharjah, UAE on 19.01.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died as divorcee. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by two sons. Out of them elder son is petitioner herein and younger son has filed consent Affidavit in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs. Ld. Advocate for petitioner states that Consent Terms of Divorce is annexed as Exhibit - "C" to the petition however, there is no order on record of acceptance of the said Consent Terms by the Hon'ble Court. Advocate to take steps accordingly.
